Scene hairstyles

Tuesday, February 14th, 2012

Scene style is famous for its big, colorful and really dramatic haircuts. To style hair in scene way they must be completely straight so straightening iron must be used. While straightening hair you must be very careful, because doing it too much can burn or damage your hair. Scene hair is also very “poofy”, which is created with the help of teasing comb and lots of hair spray. To complete the look cute little hairclips, bows, ribbons or head bands are used.

The biggest differences between emo and scene style are clothing, personalities, outlooks on life and perception of themselves. Many scene kids wear brightly colored clothing, accessories and hairstyles. Some of most popular scene queens are Audrey Kitching, Jac Vanek, Hanna Beth, Hilary Haywire, Jeffree Star, Zui Suicide, Kiki Kannibal…They take their own pictures and then post them online on different social networking sites.

Emo or Scenestyle is the question? What is more cool or what is more popular? We try to track emo and scene style popularity over some period of time and we can provide you nice answers. Of course emo is emo and scene is scene but what is the difference and what is in my neighborhood.

A lot of parents don’t want to see their kids look like emo or scene but we dont give up as this is our life. Not that we want to be different but we know why. We don’t want to be judged by our outfit because we are different. It is scene and emo. Both styles rules but there are some differences.

In our next posts there will be a lot about emo and scene style so we suggest that you post comments with your opinion.

Are Scene girls superior ?

Scene girls are often perceived as thinking that they are superior to everyone else. This though may not necessarily be the case and Scene girls will normally just follow the latest trends and attend local events to an extent which is considered more then is normal. Scene girls can be observed on most streets, and it is fairly obvious due to the clothes that are worn and also the hairstyle.

Clothes will be tight fitting jeans or pants, with a tight t-shirt that has a log emblazoned on it. Make up also plays a huge look for Scene girls, and they will often overdo it just to make a statement. Scene girls are also considered to be an insular group only socialising with others on the Scene scene.

Why is Scene style better than emo style?

Scene style is often considered to be the defining icon of the whole Scene scene, and is generally thought to be much more important than any defining music. Without the difference in Scene style it can be difficult to differentiate between an Emo boy or girl and a Scene boy or girl. Scene style is much more about color than the Emo style.

Whilst tight clothes, in the form of pants and t-shirt may be worn. There is much more color used on the tight t-shirts, the t-shirts will be much more fashionable and will also include cartoon characters and other logos. Do not be surprised if there is a great proliferation of Scene style in shops and magazines throughout the summer of 2008.
